I work for a company that makes sight flows. I had a UPS computer down and needed a new thermal printer installed. Andrew from Atnetplus came out and got us back up running in no time. I can't say enough good things about ATNET IT Services! Their team provides outstanding support every day, but they really went above and beyond when I had to submit a support ticket last Friday. They responded almost immediately, quickly identified the issue, and had everything resolved with minimal disruption to my workday. It's such a relief knowing we have a knowledgeable, responsive team we can count on whenever we need them. Our company relies on ATNET to keep our equipment running and recently my work PC was slowing due to age and Microsoft update issues.  The team reached out as soon as I notified them of my concerns and level 1 started some basic trouble shooting and came up with some ideas that may resolve the issue while transfering me to a higher level.  Nathan W was the person that then reached out and worked on the PC fully helping to update some specific drivers associated with the slow down.  Nathan went through all required items, updated the correct drivers, and helped get the PC up and running well again. Over the years, AtNet+ has helped me and my organization with many issues.  They're always friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.  The thing that impresses me the most is that they listen to my input and suggestions.  The service call feels like a collaboration.  In my dealings with AtNet+, I never feel like the cliche, inept businessperson being 'talked down to' by an IT expert.  All I've experienced is their genuine desire to help & solve problems. Tyler at AtNetPlus was extremely helpful with my download of a third-party software program.  My interaction with AtNetPlus Support on other occasions with Christian has also been very positive with a very personalized service approach and great follow-up. I had to get a new phone earlier this month and Andrew at AtNet quickly explained to me in terms that I understood what I needed to do to get set up to VPN in for work and he walked me through the process and got me back up fast.
